Had such a great experience renting a car from Wahdah! I messaged the Hero assigned to me when I was reaching JB Sentral, and he was already on standby to pick me up. The pickup took less than 30 minutes, which I thought was pretty reasonable given how jammed that area usually is. Just something to note if you're collecting from JB Sentral, traffic there can get quite crazy, so a little patience is needed. Once we arrived at the office, everything was smooth and fuss-free. We checked the car, completed the paperwork, and were able to drive off in less than 20 minutes. We rented a Proton S70 and honestly loved it. The car was clean, well-maintained, and had relatively low mileage. It felt almost brand new. We drove all the way up to KL and didn't run into any issues at all. In fact, we enjoyed driving it so much that we ended up extending our rental by an extra day! What stood out the most was how responsive the customer service team was. Whenever we had a question, they got back to us quickly and were always helpful. Overall, it was a really pleasant experience from start to finish. Would definitely rent from Wahdah again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Left my TNG card in the rental car. Hopefully can get it back.🙏 It’s in the side compartment at the driver’s door. If can get back my TNG card, it will be the best service experience from WAHDAH

touch n go card came with zero credit, it would have been better to offer an option of having some credit inside.

Punctuality in my situation is subjected to traffic condition at Woodlands Crossing. Overall, I am satisfied with the car condition and cleanliness. 1 thing though is the office relocation which was not relayed to me as I was unaware that it has moved when I was told to come to the hub(pick up at JB Sentral) since they are shorthanded at that time. Nevertheless everything is fine and proper.

I would suggest if wahdah can provide phone holder for every booking. I believe high possibility most of the customer is rent car for road trip and need phone holder to navigation on Waze or Google map

This is the 2nd time renting car from Wahdah an it provided excellent service & promt reply I’ll definitely go back to Wahdah if I want to rent the car again . Hope Wahdah can include insurance during the renting , so as not to miss understood that we rent the car insurance is inclusive Then we hv to pay for insurance that add up the cost of renting the car Anyway keep up the good service !
