Mr. Wan is very helpful and patience when the car I rented was facing some issues with the air-con. I made a trip down and even though the air-con came back but for my family’s safety sake, he agreed to switch the car / same model for me so that I could drive at ease. This is my first time renting a car through Wahdah and I must give the full credit to Mr. Wan for his excellent and professional service. Will go back to Wahdah again because of Mr. Wan.

Great experience. The staff were very professional and always available.

All went well and smooth. Some suggestion is to get the handover representative to explain briefly on the car functionality. It’s ok for me but other may not be familiar.

Excellent customer service overall Quick and accurate response and reminders Courteous staff Can do better in the description that Wahdah does not have a customer service kiosk and cars parked at the Penang International Airport where customers can 'check-in and collect cars, instead, Wahdah's cars are delivered free of charge from its car depot to the Mini Hub and the Penang International Airport while delivered with a fee to other locations.
