Best car rental ever. I love their top notch service and fast responses. My car had some issues with the aircon and the team immediately set out to find a car which could fit my family’s travelling criteria. In the end they exchanged my car with one from the highest tier, without charging me a top up. This was my 4th or 5th time renting a car from them and it definitely will not be my last. Bald tyres on cars are not safe. Please rectify this problem. Staff are friendly and vehicles don't have major damage. Make sure you video all damage before signing for the car.
