To ensure a smooth pick-up process, please bring the following items:

Checkout Slip: Present the Checkout Slip you received in your confirmation email.
Identification Card or Passport: This is required to verify that the vehicle is handed to the correct individual.
Driver's License: You must present your physical driver’s license, even if you uploaded it prior to the pick-up date. This is essential in case of a traffic check, as a physical license is required to present to officers.
