Tire Burst Policy

The user is responsible for maintaining the condition of the vehicle, including the tires, throughout the rental period. This responsibility covers both normal wear and tear as well as accidental damage.

In the event of a burst tire, the user must safely pull over and immediately contact the person in charge (PIC) using the provided contact number.

  • Normal Wear and Tear: If the tire burst is due to normal wear and tear, WAHDAH will cover the full cost of replacement.

  • Misuse or Negligence: If the tire burst is caused by misuse, such as driving on hazardous terrain not permitted in the rental agreement, or failure to maintain proper tire pressure, the user will be responsible for the full cost of replacing the tire with a new one, preferably of the same brand.

  • Repair Option: If the tire damage is deemed repairable (e.g., a small puncture), WAHDAH may choose to repair the tire rather than replace it, depending on the severity of the damage.

  • Authorized Replacements: Only WAHDAH-authorized service centers or technicians are allowed to replace tires. Users must not arrange their own tire replacements without prior approval.
