Can I change/amend/extend/reschedule my booking?

Yes, you can change, amend, or reschedule your booking. Please follow the process below:

  • Unpaid Bookings: Please cancel your reservation and create a new one with the correct details.
  • Paid Bookings: You can make changes by contacting our Customer Experience Team at least 24 hours before your pick-up time to avoid change fees. If the changes result in an increased cost, you will need to pay the difference.
  • Ongoing Bookings: If you wish to return the car early or extend your rental, please contact us to adjust your schedule. Please note, early returns are non-refundable.
  • Extensions: We treat extensions as a new booking. You will be charged the current rate, and payment must be made before your original booking ends. A penalty will apply for late returns.
