Document Requirements
I do not want to upload my documents. Can I just show them at the pick-up location?

We’re making things easier for you at WAHDAH by moving to a paper-free process! To help us get everything set up for your booking, we just ask that you upload the following documents online:

  • Identity Card (or Passport for non-Malaysians)
  • Driving License (or International Driving Permit for non-Malaysians)

Once we have your documents, we’ll verify them and finalize your car assignment.

Our booking flow looks like this:
Search > Pay > Upload Documents > Verification > Final Confirmation (with you check-out slip)

Your privacy and security are very important to us. We promise to handle your information with care. If you’d prefer not to upload your documents, we totally understand! Just keep in mind that in that case, we may need to cancel your booking for security reasons.

We ask for these documents to ensure the safety of both you and our vehicles. If uploading isn’t for you, feel free to cancel your booking anytime – no problem at all!
