If your booking is eligible to receive a refund, when and how you receive that refund will depend on how you paid for your booking (your original payment method/payment gateway).
The timeline to receive the refund back as per details below;
Paypal = 24 hours
Stripe = 10++ days
Razer = 3 business days
Online Banking = 3 business days
Direct Transfer = 3 business days
If you have not received a credit within the timeframe given, please contact your bank or credit card company.
***For the DEPOSIT refund please note that it is not auto refund, you will need to log in to your WAHDAH account and press the "Withdrawal" button. The withdrawal button will be enabled 10 days after the car is returned. You will not see the button if the return time less than 10 days. For example, if you return the car on 30 September, on 10 October the "withdrawal" button will be enabled, and you can choose to withdraw or to leave it in your WaCash for your future booking. There is no expiry date for that, your money will be kept in the WaCash until you withdraw.
**Withdrawal deposit 10 days after the car returned is effective for booking starting 1st April onwards.
